Following a sketch

The theme for this months card swap at Red Letter Journals was to follow a card sketch.  We all had to use the same sketch.  I think it'll be so much fun seeing everyones variations of the sketch.  Here is the card I came up with.
The stamps I used were from the set "mimi in paris" from Penny Black

Here is the sketch we had to use for inspiration.
And here is a coordinating 6x6 page I made.  The theme for my daughters prom this year was "Paris" so I used her and her boyfriends prom picture.

Raw Chipboard

The theme for this months card swap was raw chipboard.  I decided to paint chipboard and cut it up into "mosaic tiles".  Then I used a clear emboss over it for a nice finish. Here is my card.

And a coordinating 6x6 page.  I still need to add a photo to it.

Easter treats

My daughter and I made these little Easter treats to pass out to friends and family.
Here is a look from the side.  They are made from Gerber baby food containers.
We filled them with Easter grass and an assortment of chocolate eggs.
Here are close ups of the lids.  The bunny stamps are from Close To My Heart.

texture

The theme for April's card swap at Red Letter Journal was texture.  Here is my card.
And my 6x6 awaiting a photo.

glitter

This was for the January card swap at RLJ.  The theme was glitter.

And here is my coordinating 6x6 page.  Again, I still need to add a photo.
