For my January kit from The Secret Not Secret Kit Club I asked for two smaller kits.  I asked for a school themed kit and a boy themed kit.

Live, Love and Laugh

Each month The Secret Not Secret Kit Club has an online crop for its members.  This month for our first challenge we had to use a beautiful quilt as inspiration for a layout.  I love the colors in the quilt and it immediately made me think of the Fancy Pants True Friend collection.  I decided to also play along with Day 6 of 30 Days of Sketches on YouTube.  Here is the layout I created

I wanted to play along with this month's JumpStart Sketch Challenge over on The ScrapRoom Blog.  I used the  Pink Paislee "Wild Child" collection for this layout.

My first Secret Not Secret Kit Club kit

I'm sure by now you've heard the buzz about the Secret Not Secret Kit Club.  If not you can find more info here.  It's a kit club that designs each kit specifically for you.  Each subscriber get their own unique kit designed with their taste, needs and budget in mind.  I asked for a boy themed kit and love the kit that Khristina created.  Here is my kit.

Cake Face

I used Fancy Pants "Family & Co." to create a layout for the Whip It Up challenge on The ScrapRoom Group Facebook page.  For the challenge we had to use puffy stickers.  I used a total of four puffy stickers (3 hearts and a banner) for this layout.  This layout was also inspired/scraplifted from a layout by Niki on the Hey Little Magpie blog.

Birthday Spread

I decided to play along this month with the Paper Issues Take 5 Tueday Challenge.  I created a layout of the spread for my son's 2nd birthday party.   He had a jungle safari theme and I had fun coming up with different animal themed foods.  For the challenge I chose to include the "ingredients" red, patterned paper, stripes, animal, cardstock and title.
