Celebrate A Dream Come True

This month over at Creative Swappers we had two layouts to scraplift for the monthly scrapbooking challenge.  For the first one I did another layout for our Disney album.

After completing this layout I later realized I had the wrong parade title...oops.  This parade was not listed on the brochure since it wasn't a main parade.  So, I had to tweek it a little.  I needed to cover up the parade name with the correct name and also remove the Dream title since it was no longer in the name of the parade.  I used pop dots to lift up parts of the banner to give it a flowing in the wind look...not sure if it shows very good in the pic or not.  But here is the corrected layout.
