Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's, especially my wonderful husband, Mike. Thank you for being such an amazing father to our son, Avery. And to my Daddy, I love you and miss you.
If you saw my last post....this is the finished layout. Even though I had layed everything out before I started gluing things down I still kinda messed up. I slid the hexagons off the paper before gluing and somehow ended up gluing them in rows of 4-3-2 instead of 4-2-2-1and so I had an empty spot at the bottom. I punched out another hexagon but didn't like the countdown of 4-3-2-1 so I punched out another. I liked having a variety of same color scheme papers...but now it feels like too many different patterns to me. But I had already glued down so it was too late to repeat papers. But, all in all, I still like it.
My desk is a bit of a mess right now. I'm in the middle of a project and working on the flowers for it at the moment. The letters on the layout are kinda wonky cause they aren't glued down at the moment. I usually like to lay things out and see how it looks before I start gluing. But, this is my desk...I hope you enjoyed your peek at it. You can peek at other peoples desks over at Stamping Ground.
